Caramel dream and fishy smell
Beurre au caramel
Whew, after several attempts at tempering the chocolate correctly, and my uniform squeaky clean, I made chocolate pralines with soft caramel center, so soft that it positively oozes as I took a yummy bite in it. I made the lighter version of the caramel, and my friend did the darker one. I'm just a bit satisfied. But then, I'm a notorious picker in my family, so it'll bound to be fabulous for them, right, bunni-o?? Or, bimbim-o?? Mimi, too?
Salmon en croute d'herbes, flan de champignons, et vin rouge sauce
Hmm, Salmon with herbed crust, and mushroom flan with red wine sauce. I overcooked the salmon in the hot devil, otherwise known as oven. Apparently, it sought out to make me confused thinking it's 180 degrees inside when in reality, it's 250 at least. Pffft, who cares about my troubles.. One of my failures, I guess..

“'When you wake up in the morning, Pooh,' said Piglet at last, 'what's the first thing you say to yourself?'
'What's for
breakfast?' said Pooh. 'What do you say, Piglet?'
'I say, I wonder what's going to happen
exciting today?' said Piglet. Pooh nodded thoughtfully.
'It's the same thing,' he said.”
All About Me
I'm just an ordinary girl aspiring to become a multi-billionaire, in route to conquering the culinary world. I'm chubby. Sue me.
I'm currently attending Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and I've got to say, winter is harsh on my skin and wreaks havoc on my appetite.
Apparently, it makes me want to consume more carbohydrates, thus, potatoes, potatoes, and potatoes..
