Mary had a little lamb


This is absolutely amazing. Pan-fried scallops with a slice of bone marrow. Served with red wine beurre blanc and some ordinary cabbage with smoked bacon. Er, I don't particularly cared for the cabbage, and the sauce.. The sauce is too acidic for my taste. Oh, heck, who am i kidding? I would so eat this many times more just to get the scallops!


Er, rack of lamb filet rolled into the country bread dough with some minced vegetable. This is served with artichokes puree with hazelnut oil added. So-so.

Now this is great. Something light like a phyllo-wrapped dates with gingerbread almond cream and saffron ice cream with gingerbread crumbs.. Saffron ice cream might sounds a bit bizarre, but it pairs perfectly with the gingerbread, and i couldn't help having 2 servings of this. Oh no, must diet again...
